The royal family is set to attend the first Trooping the Colour ceremony since the coronation of King and Queen of England. After the demise of Queen Elizabeth II, this ceremony is now also referred to as the 'King's Birthday Parade'. It will mark King Charles III's official birthday in June, while his birth month is November.
In celebration of his birthday, soldiers of various battalions, trained horses, and royal musicians are to gather for a grand display of military precision and fanfare. The procession will commence from Buckingham Palace, and the royal family will join it on horseback and in carriages. The RAF fly-past air show will mark the end of the extravagant ceremony, with royals viewing it from the palace balcony.
